World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) has released the message “Do not discriminate against Deaf people!” in order to raise society awareness. PARD Vietnam has contacted and received WFD’s consent to translate this message into Ho Chi Minh Sign Language.
Thanks to that, the deaf and hearing communities in Vietnam have accessed to this important message.
