Training”psychological counseling methods for children with disabilities
and enhancing knowledge on child abuse prevention” for teachers and officers
From May 24th to 25th, nearly 30 officers and teachers from different education centers for children with disabilities of 4 provinces: Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Dac Nong, Dak Lak participated in a training session on the theme “Psychological counseling methods for children with disabilities and Enhancing knowledge on child abuse prevention” organized by #PARDVietnam.
Under the guidance of Dr. Dương Hiền Hạnh, officers and teachers had the opportunity to gain knowledge about preventing child abuse and effective psychological counseling methods suitable for children with disabilities.
The training is a part of the Equality and Inclusion for Deaf Women Project, organized by PARD Vietnam with venue support from Phu Yen Support Centre for the Development of Inclusive Education.
