On th occasion of Vietnam Teachers’ Day on November 20, a day to honor those who have contributed significantly to the development of numerous generations, PARD is delighted to introduce the next guest in the documentary series “Deaf Life”. He is Mr. Võ Duy Quang, a Deaf teacher at the School for the Deaf in Lam Dong Province.”
