BRIDGING THE GAP – CAPACITY BUILDING#PARDVietnam and the World Federation of the Deaf organized a training course on sign language rights for active Deaf leaders of Deaf clubs nationwide.
The training course provides knowledge about the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the importance of legal recognition of sign languages.
We would like to thank World Federation of the Deaf and The Nippon Foundation (日本財団), as well as the active participation of Deaf leaders for a fruitful training.
